Meet Lynette Grout

Lynette Grout specializes in relocating families who desire the Florida lifestyle of golf, tennis, waterfront homes and the beaches of Naples, Bonita Springs and Estero in Southwest Florida.  She attributes personal knowledge and expertise of the real estate market, coupled with the extensive marketing services of John R. Wood, Inc., Realtors® as the key to success.

Lynette began her real estate career at the dawn of new millennium and is an advocate for continuing education. She has earned the designations of Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Graduate, Realtor® Institute (GRI) and Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) and is a proud member of the Women’s Council of Realtors®.

Lynette has been honored with the Sales Excellence Award from the Bonita Springs-Estero Association of Realtors every year since 2004 to the present.  Realty Alliance has bestowed the National Sales Award to her in recognition of an exceptional performance as one of the leading residential real estate professional in America. Lynette grew up in North Carolina and therefore has a deep appreciation for the Southern way of life.  She has since spent many years traveling in Europe and living in areas of Atlanta and Manhattan.  Lynette met and married John Grout in 2003.  John is the son of Jack Grout, legendary golf pro and teacher to Jack Nicklaus.  John assists Lynette with golf knowledge to her clients and tells her where to aim.  Lynette and John live in Bonita Springs with their two Shih Tzu’s Rachel and Rebekah.
